The Samsung Galaxy Tab carries a display screen of 10.1-inch having a resolution connected with 1280*800 pixels. The Galaxy Tab is really a Google Experience tablet thereby uses your stock program of Honeycomb without having addition from your vendor area. However, you do have access to the Samsung Apps with purposes like Readers Hub, New music Hub, Social Hub yet others. The backed panel on this Samsung tablet sports some sort of 3 megapixel camera which allows you to click images in great clarity as well as record High quality movies. The tablet has front facing 2 megapixel camera that is certainly placed in the top middle with the Galaxy Tabs. With your GT-P7500, you can experience high quality multimedia mainly because it supports Whole HD playback and possesses dual speakers that creates a revolve around sound result. Thinner as well as lighter than Apple’s iPod tablet 2, and built with a little larger display screen, the Galaxy Tab 750 (AKA Galaxy Tab 10. 1 elsewhere) is a superb piece connected with industrial design and so far, the most beneficial credible replacement for the ipad tablet.

Samsung has molded the Galaxy Tab 750 in a no-frills, neat design that is easy on the eyes. The tablet screen is surrounded by a 0.8-inch black bezel that renders it a sleek look. The lightweight tablet touches just 565 g on the scales with a thickness of 8.6 mm only. The TFT LCD display of the GT-P7500 boasts of a pixel density of 149 pixels per inch and 4-way rotation that shows off movies, photos and programs in better details. The Samsung GT-P7500 houses the power/sleep button, volume rocker, and headphone jack on the top panel. The two speakers are placed on the right and left sides of the tablet while a universal connection port and a microphone slot can be found on the bottom panel. The Galaxy Tab is also fitted with various sensors such as Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Ambient Light Sensor and Digital Compass.

Storage and Battery

The Tab 750 ships to you with an internal storage of 16 GB. This tablet from Samsung uses a 7000 mAh capacity battery that supports video playback of 9 hours and music playback of 72 hours.

Connectivity and Features

You can enjoy faster browsing and download speeds on your Samsung Galaxy Tab with Wi-Fi and 3G for internet connectivity and Adobe Flash support. The tablet is preloaded with the Android browser and incorporates Bluetooth functionality for wireless file transfers. The Google Maps support on the Samsung GT-P7500, along with turn-by-turn navigation means that you will always be on the right track. The preloaded Polaris Office app allows you to create and edit PPT, word and excel documents. The Samsung tablet also offers a host of social networking and instant messaging features that let you remain in touch with your friends and family members round the clock. The entire suite of Google Services (YouTube, Google Calendar, Gmail and others), virtually unlimited app access from the Android Market and the vivid display render the Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 an impressive fusion of a smart phone, a portable media player and a Personal Digital Assistant.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab 750 with Android Honeycomb 3.1 and has ported their TouchWiz UX UI over as well. This puts it ahead of the curb compared to the Zoom, as far as out-of-the-box functionality is concerned. Where stock Honeycomb is a bit dull and boring even, TouchWiz is a lot more colorful and lively. Navigation is quick and painless thanks to the dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor under the hood and 1GB of RAM. Now and then, we did notice some intermittent slowdowns, but nothing a little update can’t fix.  AnTuTu gave me an overall score of 4210, while Linpack dished out 20.3 MFLOPS for single-threaded run and 38.1 for the multi-threaded run. The scores are a bit low, since the apps aren’t optimized for Honeycomb 3.1, I think.

I still think iPad size is better if you are going to use it mainly at home. But on the go, the Tab is a winner for everyone. The Galaxy Tab 750 is available in white and black trims. In the box, you get the data cable and charger, a hands free kit (even though there’re no telephony functions). Application will come, maybe not with the same speed as on the iPad, but Samsung has already done a good work preparing dedicated apps for mail calendar and browsing. I think it fares really well on all the other tests. I mean for build quality its right up there (everybody knows about the thickness too). The OS, well Honeycomb is still kind feeling its way on the tablet, but it aren’t bad, and I think TouchWiz gave it a nice little revamp it needed. I think you really missed on talking about the display. One of the biggest plus points on the Ipad is how brilliant is its retina display. For me the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is my notebook replacement device. I am really happy with this tab.
